Academic and Training Coordinator, Blue English
In charge of following studetnts' progress in order to follow up and measure their academic needs. With the data, training workshops are organized for teachers to deal with any given issues, if any. By analysing the collected data we are able to identify if we need to re-train teachers or, if it is a student's will issu that may be affecting learning process.
I have weekly meetings with the teachers and I have a personal coaching session with each one of them. To date, we only have 3 teachers.
Achievements

Creation of the format *"A-Life Format" in order to follow the students' progress as a group and at an individual level.

Creation of the program * "Coaching 4 Success" as a follow-up program for teachers.

Teacher Satisfaction Program * TSP (Teacher Satisfaction Program).

Along with the language center's principal, we created the ESP (English for Specific Purposes) Program with which we are able to offer English classes to individuals or companies with specific needs.
Blue English Hermosillo, Sonora 2012 - 2017
Interpretations & Translations Coordinator
This was a new position that was created due to the contract that was signed with a mining company that needed these services. We are still working closely with them and other companies have been interested in our services and have hired us as well.

We got a contract with a mining company to translate their technical manuals so that their employees are certified as technicians through an international institution.

Corporate Coach (Project), Results (MoneyGram) / Vangtel
Hermosillo, Sonora- 2010 - 2012
In charge of training the new hires to become the base of our company. They were trained in the company's corporate values, functions and customer service.
I directed a group of SMEs (subject matter experts) to assist during the nesting period. The SMEs helped me to continue with the job training program in and helped me to track the progress of the newly hired. With the collected data, I was able to identify trends that needed to be addressed immediately.
A Coaching Program was set up since the training period to ensure that we could help our employees as our main goal during the first 6 months was to minimize attrition.
Achievements

I was part of the launching program in the Philippines working side by side with the client for 3 months.

I obtained my certification as a Corporate Trainer in the Philippines after successfully completing the certification process.

I was part of another client’s launching program in India, remotely.

Since we reached a point where we did not need new hires for a few months, I got involved in the operations area and lead a group of employees as Supervisor; my team reached the 2nd place in Quality and Production after being there for only 4 weeks.

I was assigned the responsibility of finding system failures and followed-up to make sure they were being solved.

I used TNA techniques, and with the results obtained I made the decision to re-train, when needed, and create the material that was needed to be used.

I was certified as a * Coach-Supervisor MTB5. This has helped my career in many ways.
English Teacher, PIP (State Government Program)
Hermosillo, Sonora- 2008 - 2010
I worked for the State of Sonora as an English teacher for children and preteens. This was a great experience since I got to know children with different socio-economic backgrounds. I had the opportunity to teach students not only in English but also other values such as teamwork, collaborative learning and goal-oriented learning.

I was chosen as part of a pilot program, made up of 10 teachers in our state, to teach English with an English curriculum syllabus created by National Geographic.

I took the TKT Course (Teaching Knowledge Test).
English Teacher, Translator and Interpreter, Real English
Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Sonora- 2007 - 2008
I created my own English Teaching Center in Puerto Peñasco. I taught English for children, preteens, teens and adults. I also offered my services as a translator and interpreter.

I learned what business ownership is all about. I made mistakes and learned from them.

I was hired for a hotel in order to teach English to its employees. When the students reached the intermediate level, I taught them English for Tourism.

I taught English in the field of construction as well. When the students reached the intermediate level I taught them English for Engineers.

I taught English to Managers, Supervisors and some employees who were chosen because of their excellent attitude towards learning.
